ROAD PROJECT: SEALCOATING and STRIPING OF ROADS  IN STERLING MANOR 

DATES:  BEGINNING  APRIL 25,2022  THROUGH MAY 13, 2022 (weather permitting) 

 The Association has contracted with Parking Lot  Services Inc. to apply seal coating and to stripe the roadways in the Sterling Manor community. This process will help to preserve the paved surfaces and maintain a safe environment for all residents.  

ALL residents in the community will be affected by this project and their/your cooperation will minimize the inconvenience. Please plan ahead for the day(s) when the access to your street and/or your parking area is BLOCKED.  The contractor will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and will assist in keeping traffic flowing.

The Board will make every effort to keep you informed of any schedule changes by posting on the website and sending email alerts to those residents on the emailing list. 

***Please Note***: During the Association’s project to maintain the common areas; the Association, Greenacre Properties, Inc., and the Contractors will not be liable for any damage to any personal property/items not removed, moved, or protected properly including vehicles, and we will not be liable for damages and injuries arising from people and vehicles entering the barricaded areas or liability arising from barricades being moved and removed by others.
