Leasing REquest

Sterling Manor residents are subject to a 2 year residency requirement before being granted the ability to lease their home. Leases are subject to approval by the board of directors.  There are two steps required to begin the process. 

1. Submit an intent to lease form to the Sterling Manor Owners Association. 

2. Upon approval, the owner must submit a lease application to Sterling Manor Owners Association.
